At long last, the final Dystopia LP is now out! This record contains 6 new tracks, plus a cover of an unreleased song by Dino's old band CARCINOGEN. Recorded at Tim Green's LOUDER STUDIOS during various sessions between 2004-2005, this record is the last chapter of Dystopia's existence writing bleak and heavy doom-ridden punk. The LP has been released with an editon of 3,000 copies on clear vinyl, along with a color 20 page booklet. CD is out now and also contains a 20 page booklet. Human Anomaly is the brainchild of Lance Hudson and Gary Niederhoff (ex NOOTHGRUSH). Inspired by the works of Magma / Mahavishnu Orchestra / Sleep and Charley's Angels... this duo has in turn churned out 5 tracks of fretless dark prog with a nod to Doom sans distortion. This CDR is limited to 300 pieces with artwork and design crafted by David D-Andrea.

Lords of Light strike many chords that in the past haven't had much in common with each other, but in the hands of these three Portland freaks somehow makes perfect sense. A 47 minute long adventure of the life and times of LE SCRAWL, at least on the off time from their busy work schedules (band consists of 2 Doctors, 1 historian, 1 full-time rocker). The DVD contains footage from their California Tour in 2004 and their show at the Obscene Extreme Festival in the Czech Republic. The footage is spliced together with a bunch of misc scenes, excerpts from their radio show at KXLU in LA etc. Based on this material they’ve managed to create a "movie" matching their musical ideas, that you will hopefully enjoy as much we do. NOTE: This DVD is NTSC.... for European / PAL format, please order from MORBID RECORDS.

Memphis and Bay Area Hardcore/Punk veterans collaborate to create visceral, atmospheric, threatening music that seeks to collapse (musical and other) boundaries. This CDEP contains four Songs recorded by Salvador Raya at Ear Hammer Studio, Oakland. This release will be a limited edition of 500 pieces.. pro-dubbed CDR packaged with thick offset printed cover and tray card adorned with the paintings and drawings of Carl Auge. We now have the vinyl version, released by SOUL IS CHEAP records out of Memphis.

--- GRAVES AT SEA played their final show in January at Slim's in San Francisco. They will be missed...

--- As you may have noticed, things at Life is abuse have slowed down considerably. This is due to many reasons... the biggest being time and money. There's a good chance we'll be closing doors sometime this year. We'll see what happens. In the meantime, we have decided not to repress many of our titles that have been out of print or commit to any new releases for the time being, aside from the few plans we've made (which may or may not happen).
